Pricelist of accommodation valid from 1st February 2026
Dear student,
we would like to inform you that an inflation clause will be applied to all existing accommodation contracts as of February 1, 2026, in accordance with the Czech Statistical Office (CZSO) provision.
Masaryk University will not increase the price of dormitory fees in any other way despite the ever-increasing operating costs.
The inflation clause is part of the accommodation contracts that have been signed by all currently accommodated students in the residence halls. It is used to offset the loss of value of money on a regular basis.
As per the CZSO, the overall inflation rate for the year 2025 is 2,5 %.
