The Kounicova residence hall is located within walking distance from the Faculty of Law, Faculty of Informatics and Faculty of Science. Trams and trolleybuses are easily accessible Faculty of Philosophy and Faculty of Social Studies. Near the halls of residence there are two city parks, a library and a sports ground.
