The Cikhaj holiday resort has got a new owner
The new owner of the Cikhaj holiday resort is Eido rent LLC. The resort was sold because running of the property has been a long-term loss for the university. Eido rent LLC bought the property at auction for five million crowns. The company will continue to use it for recreational purposes even after the change of owner, and the new owner offers the possibility of accomodation to people from Masaryk University who are interested.
For educational and teaching courses and stays, the university will continue to use its own University Centre in Telč.
